With a proven track record of scaling technical businesses from start-up to global operations, Dan brings deep expertise in multi-site operations, supply chain management and R&D commercialisation across data centre, electronics and precision engineering sectors.
Dan’s career has been characterised by delivering substantial revenue growth and operational transformation. As Director of Global Operations at QHi Group, a leader in continuous thermal monitoring of electrical infrastructure now owned by Eaton Corporation, he achieved major revenue growth taking the business to global markets. Under his leadership, the company earned the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2020 and featured in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2019.

More recently, Dan has held Chief Operating Officer positions with innovative technology start-ups. At Quantum Fabrix, a University of Oxford spin-out developing quantum computing technologies, he secured Series Seed funding and established commercial operating structures. At ISS Aerospace, a UAV manufacturer, he led major product development programmes for defence applications.
Dan’s expertise encompasses full P&L management, multi-site operations across geographically distributed locations, supply chain strategy including Long-Term Supply Agreements, quality control systems, and contract management with major industrial clients. His strong mechanical and electrical engineering background, combined with proven business acumen, enables him to bridge the technical-commercial divide essential in complex engineering environments.
He has presented papers at numerous international conferences and is a co-inventor on a patent for monitoring electrical systems for faults.
Dan is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MIEEE).
We welcome Dan to the team, and look forward to continuing to strengthen our products, services and customer relationships under his leadership.
